With Oakland’s ban on the use of combustion engine-powered leaf blowers and string trimmers the City is urging users to replace the equipment. Penalties will be imposed beginning April and October 2021. Though we don’t know what the enforcement will look like we ask that you not use combustion engine powered blowers to clean out the back of your vehicle at the the recycling yards. We greatly appreciate your understanding in complying with the new ordinance.

We have Husqvarna’s electric equipment in stock to help you complete your job and remain in compliance with the new ordinance. When you buy a Husqvarna product, you’re choosing more than just equipment. You’re investing in a superior solution backed by a trusted, world-renowned brand.

Skip the gas can and the extension cord - Husqvarna’s garden tools have plenty of power. When working with their battery powered electric cordless handhelds, you’ll not only appreciate the lack of vibration, you’ll also experience the relief of working with almost silent motors. Today’s new battery power outdoor equipment offer a quieter, more convenient, more environmentally friendly way to get the same tasks done. No noise. No fumes. No problems.

Working with battery-driven outdoor products does not mean you’ll have to compromise on runtime. A single charge of the powerful 36V Li-ion battery allows you to work approximately as long as you would on one tank of gas*. Since the charging time is shorter than the usual working time, having an extra battery will enable you to work non-stop.

If you’re working in the yard or cutting firewood all day long, Husqvarna also offers you a backpack battery that provides a capacity up to ten times greater than the integrated battery. The backpack works with all Husqvarna handheld products and the ergonomic harness is adjustable to fit users of any size.
