To qualify for the CORE program, you must own and operate a landscape business in California, have fewer than 100 employees, and have an average revenue of less than $15 million dollars a year. The required documentation includes your California Driver’s License and one of the following: a C-27 Contractors license, an entity Number from the California Secretary of the state, or a copy of a current and valid business license.
